KILLAHORA ORCHARDS RARE APPLE ICE WINE - A LUSCIOUS BALANCED DESSERT WINE.
The Rare Apple Ice Wine is made from rare, bittersweet apples mostly grown in the 200 year old Orchards on the south facing slopes of Ireland’s County Cork. Killahora Orchards use freezing temperatures to obtain a beautiful, rich must which they slowly ferment for over a year to give a luscious balanced dessert wine.
TASTING NOTES:Seek out notes of strawberry, green apple and butterscotch
SERVE: Chilled as an aperitif, with cheese or in a cocktail
